Residential Customers
How do I know if I am a Subscription or Municipal Customer?
Subscription Customers: You subscribe directly through IWS for your waste & recycling service. You receive an invoice directly from us for your services.
Municipal Customers: Your city/town has a contract with us to provide you (and all your neighbors) with waste & recycling services. You do NOT receive an invoice from us directly, but payment for your services is included in your taxes.

- Today and Friday’s 2/7 service may be delayed. If so, your route will be recovered the following day.
