RECYCLING FACILITY

North Arlington

Cutting Edge of Recycling

Our new North Arlington, NJ MRF is our most advanced yet, engineered to increase capture rates from the region’s waste stream. The North Arlington facility is more than just a technological marvel, it also represents our ongoing investment in the communities we serve.

Accepted Materials: Cardboard/Boxboard (OCC), Mixed Paper, Mixed Clean Glass, Plastics (Mixed Rigid Plastics, Polypropylene, PET, HDPE), Metals (Ferrous Metals, Mixed Aluminum)

System Highlights

The North Arlington facility revolves around an ultra-modern Machinex system capable of processing up to 50 tons of material hourly.

Ballistic separators and optical sorters work together to separate fibers and recover plastics, while magnetic and eddy current separators recover metals.

An AI-powered SamurAI sorting robot employs advanced cameras and a vacuum arm to sort even the most challenging materials with precision and efficiency.

A glass-cleanup system screens glass into three sizes for improved recovery and marketability.
