- NO trash or recycling pick-up on Saturday night December 31st into Sunday morning January 1st.
- NO trash and recycling pick-up Sunday night January 1st into Monday morning January 2nd.
- Please do not place trash or recycling out on Saturday or Sunday night.
- Regular service will resume on Tuesday, January 3rd.
- Premium 7-day customers will be not be impacted by the holiday
Rockland & Orange County
- NO trash or recycling pick-up on Monday, January 2nd.
- Service will resume on Tuesday, January 3rd.
- All trash and recycling will be serviced one day late for the rest of the week.

Residential Customers
How do I know if I am a Subscription or Municipal Customer?
Subscription Customers: You subscribe directly through IWS for your waste & recycling service. You receive an invoice directly from us for your services.
Municipal Customers: Your city/town has a contract with us to provide you (and all your neighbors) with waste & recycling services. You do NOT receive an invoice from us directly, but payment for your services are included in your taxes.
