Subscription Customers

- Customers picked-up 1x a week on Thursday, will be serviced on Monday, November 24th and Monday, December 1st. Normal pickup resumes on Thursday, December 4th.
- Customers picked-up 2x a week with a Thursday pick-up will be serviced on their next regularly scheduled pick-up day.

How do I know if I am a Subscription or Municipal Customer?
Subscription Customers:
You subscribe directly through IWS for your waste & recycling service. You receive an invoice directly from us for your services.
Municipal Customers:
Your city/town has a contract with us to provide you (and all your neighbors) with waste & recycling services. You do NOT receive an invoice from us directly, but payment for your services are included in your taxes.

Action Environmental Customers
- NO trash or recycling pick-up on Thursday night November 27th into Friday morning November 28th.
- Service will resume on your next regularly scheduled pick-up day.
- Please do not place trash or recycling out on Thursday night.
- Premium 7-day a week customers will not be impacted by the holiday.
