As part of this transition, we have upgraded our billing and payment systems to a simpler, more secure platform, Billtrust. You should have already received your first invoice from the new system. This invoice includes instructions on signing up for the Billtrust portal and a unique token to enroll.
Additionally, please be aware of the following changes:
AutoPayments: Any autopay or ACH arrangements made with North Atlantic are no longer active. You will need to re-enroll for AutoPayments in the Billtrust platform.
Nawrllc.net: The bill pay portal on nawrllc.net will be replaced by Billtrust on May 29, 2026.
