As part of this transition, we are upgrading our billing and payment systems to a simpler, more secure platform, Billtrust. You will receive your first invoice from the new system within the next 45 days. This invoice will include instructions to sign up for the Billtrust portal and a unique token to enroll. Until you receive your new invoice, please continue to make payments as usual.
You will need to be enrolled in Billtrust prior to October 9, 2025, when the following changes will take place:
AutoPayments: Any existing autopay or ACH arrangements will no longer be active as of October 9, 2025. You will need to re-enroll for AutoPayments in the Billtrust platform.
Seasidewaste.com: The bill pay portal on seasidewaste.com will no longer be active as of October 9, 2025.
