How do I know if I am a Subscription or Municipal Customer?
You subscribe directly through IWS for your waste & recycling service. You receive an invoice directly from us for your services.
Municipal Customers:
Your city/town has a contract with us to provide you (and all your neighbors) with waste & recycling services. You do NOT receive an invoice from us directly, but payment for your services are included in your taxes.

- NO trash or recycling pick-up on Sunday night 9/6 into Monday morning 9/7.
- Service will resume on your next regularly scheduled pick-up day.
- Please do not place trash or recycling out on Sunday night.
