We’re excited to announce that we are in the process of upgrading our billing and payment systems to a simpler, more secure platform. As part of this transition, any existing autopay or ACH arrangements you had in place before February 1, 2025, will no longer be active. Additionally, the bill pay portal on oakridgewaste.com will no longer be active.
You will be receiving your first bill from the new system in the next 10 days. This will include instructions to sign up for the new bill pay portal and a unique token to enroll.
