What an incredible time for IWS! With amazing growth, new acquisitions, and major projects like New York City’s Commercial Waste Zone, the IWS team has accomplished a lot in 2025. As we look ahead as an organization, toward new and exciting opportunities, one of our core values comes to mind: Make a Difference Every Day. This value challenges us to grow through continuous improvement and the relentless pursuit of finding a better way to deliver our essential services.

That’s why we’ve launched IWS Transform: a bold initiative designed to elevate the customer experience and set new standards for operational excellence.

What Does Transformation Mean?

By definition, transformation is the process of changing in composition or structure. For us, it means enhancing systems and processes to unlock new levels of performance and leap forward into the next chapter of IWS’s growth journey.

Here’s our areas of focus for the next 12-24 months:

  1. Transforming Customer Experience
We’re committed to being the most reliable and easiest company to work with. Through this initiative, we aim to make it simpler for our customers to engage with us, whether through proactive communication or multiple support channels like phone, chat, web, and a mobile app with more robust support resources.
  1. Transforming Operations
Behind the scenes, we’re standardizing processes and investing in technology to make the best use of our talented people and equipment. This means more efficient service and a foundation for sustainable growth.

Why It Matters

Over the next 12–24 months, these changes will lay the groundwork for our future. While transformation begins with customer experience and hauling operations, it will touch every part of our business, propelling us to new levels of growth and reliability.

Our mission is simple: make IWS the leading waste management company in every market we serve. And transformation is how we’ll get there.
