As part of this transition, we are upgrading our billing and payment systems to a simpler, more secure platform, Billtrust. Within the next 30-45 days you will be receiving your first IWS invoice from the new system. This invoice will include instructions on signing up for the Billtrust portal and will also contain a unique web token enrollment code that is specific to your company. This code is required to initiate your online account enrollment.
Our secure online portal is available 24/7, allowing you to:
• Reprint invoices anytime
• Opt into paperless billing
• Sign up for AutoPay
• Make payments at your convenience
Until you receive your new invoice, please continue to make your payments as usual.
