- All routes will be picked-up by the end of the week.

SOUTHERN MORRIS, HUNTERDON, MIDDLESEX, MONMOUTH, SOMERSET, MERCER

Residential Customers
How do I know if I am a Subscription or Municipal Customer?
Subscription Customers: You subscribe directly through IWS for your waste & recycling service. You receive an invoice directly from us for your services.
Municipal Customers: Your city/town has a contract with us to provide you (and all your neighbors) with waste & recycling services. You do NOT receive an invoice from us directly, but payment for your services is included in your taxes.
New York
Rockland and Orange Counties
- Port Jervis residential service has been suspended, your route will be recovered on Tuesday 1/21.
- All other routes in Orange, Rockland, Putnam and Westchester counties are running as scheduled.
Putnam and Westchester Counties
- Service may be delayed by one day this week.
- If you have driveway service, please make sure your driveway is clear of snow and ice, otherwise please bring your totes out to the curb to ensure pick-up.
