- NO trash or recycling pick-up on Saturday night December 24th into Sunday morning December 25th.
- NO trash and recycling pick-up Sunday night December 25th into Monday morning December 26th.
- Please do not place trash or recycling out on Saturday or Sunday night.
- Premium 7-day customers will be impacted by the service suspension on Saturday December 24th into Sunday morning December 25th. Do not place your trash out for collection on Saturday night. Premium service will resume on Sunday night December 25th. Please place your trash and recycling out for collection on Sunday night December 25th.
Rockland & Orange County

- Service will resume on Tuesday, December 27th.

Residential Customers
How do I know if I am a Subscription or Municipal Customer?
Subscription Customers: You subscribe directly through IWS for your waste & recycling service. You receive an invoice directly from us for your services.
Municipal Customers: Your city/town has a contract with us to provide you (and all your neighbors) with waste & recycling services. You do NOT receive an invoice from us directly, but payment for your services are included in your taxes.
